Afzal is seasoned executive, with over 20 years’ experience identifying, analysing, and closing business deals within emerging markets. He began his career in the banking industry but has since gone on to advice governments and government-related entities (GRE’s). He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having multiple advisory roles globally. Notably, he is a board member of Dantata Holdings, Nigeria. He also is co-founder of a boutique consultancy practice that advised International and local companies entering the West African market with connectivity to local partners and GRE’s. Through his vast experience, he has established a global footprint in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean and Asia.
Afzal is skilled in managing large-scale, complex projects in the private and public sector at the highest levels. He is a proficient speaker of English, Spanish, French and can speak moderate Italian and Portuguese. His experience and global network are a fantastic addition to any organization.
Paul is a dynamic professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. As the Managing Director of Caledonian Petroleum Ltd, he oversaw the trading of domestic products as well as operations in the Caribbean, managing a product storage facility with wholesale and retail sales. Previously, as the Proprietor of ARRA Vineyards, he successfully exported over 100,000 cases of wine annually.
Paul’s entrepreneurial ventures include owning and operating Oak Trails Golf Course, where he established bar and restaurant facilities and achieved a substantial return upon selling to an investment group. His leadership roles in the Nigerian oil and gas industry include Managing Shareholder of Hydrodive Nigeria Limited and Managing Director of Addax Nigeria Limited.
With a BBA in Finance Management from Texas Tech University, Paul is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. As a United States citizen and South Africa permanent resident, he brings extensive experience and excellent relations within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
Prince Ighoovie Majemite is an accomplished electronics engineer and IT consultant with an extensive career spanning over four decades. He began his journey at George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada, where he graduated in Electronics Engineering in 1981. He furthered his education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). His early career saw him serve in the military as an anti-aircraft instructor, utilizing advanced Marconi computers and radar systems. He then moved into the industrial sector, joining Ajaokuta Steel Company before transitioning to the oil and gas industry in 1992. As Technical Services Manager for REBOLD International Ltd, a subsidiary of Rebold UK, Prince Majemite spearheaded numerous technical projects with industry giants like Shell, Chevron, and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, deploying cutting-edge technologies such as DCS, SCADA, and biometric security solutions.
In the years that followed, Prince Majemite took on significant roles across various sectors. From managing SAAB radar tank gauge systems for NIGERCO Nigeria Ltd, to serving as a consultant for Deloitte and Touche on the National ID Card Project, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead complex technology initiatives. Currently, as CEO and Chairman of Primost International Ltd, he continues to provide ICT consultancy services for high-impact projects, including the National Electronic Labour Exchange (NELEX) and the Nigerian Content Development and Management Board. A Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society and a respected leader in the ICT field, he has held numerous leadership positions, including Chairman of the Telecommunications Industry Consumer Advisory Forum (ICAF) of the Nigerian Communications Commission, and continues to contribute to the advancement of the IT and oil and gas sectors in Nigeria.
Ram is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in retail, management consultancy, and telecommunications, with a focus on emerging markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As the Founder and Finance Director of Haran Group, based in Dubai, Ram has spearheaded several successful ventures, including being the first to franchise a semi-governmental retail service in the UAE and winning an award for best franchise operator. Haran Group is also known for its UAE franchise of GoldGenie UK, providing luxury 24k gold iPhones and unique gift items. Ram’s expertise extends into migration consultancy through a partnership with Sanji Caldera Migration Consultants, bringing over two decades of experience to the Middle East.
With a strong background in strategic management, Ram has worked in various capacities, including as a Senior Management Consultant for ProWorkz Middle East, where he led projects across the MENA region, and as a Brand Manager and Retail Project Manager for Vodafone UK, launching award-winning products and driving brand advocacy. His formal education includes a BA in Business Administration from Bristol Business School and a Green Belt accreditation in Six Sigma. Ram serves as the Director of the Sri Lankan Business Council in Dubai. In his personal time, he volunteers with the Scouts and is an enthusiastic traveler, having already visited more than 80 countries in pursuit of his goal to reach 100.
